The Cliff Air is a slight improvement over its predecessor the Cliff and Cliff DX.
There is not much difference between the Cliff Air and the Cliff /Cliff DX. It carries the same ABS shell coupled with the scratch resistant material and hence makes the helmet durable and light weight. It is approved by the Indian Standards Institute and carries the ISI mark near the cheek.

The helmet looks similar to the cliff and the Cliff DX with is swept back looks. Moving to the vents and you can spot the difference, Vega has provided adjustable vents on the helmet.

The helmet has two adjustable vents, one near the riders mouth and another near the forehead.

The lid also has two fixed vents on the back (similar to the Cliff Air) for pushing out the heat, these are enclosed by a wire mesh.

The Cliff Air comes with a plain visor as standard which is scratch resistant meant to prevent minor scratches. You can also choose from optional Rainbow, Mercury, Chrome and Smoke finish visors. The twist and pull mechanism to change the visors without the use of any tools has been carried over from the Cliff/Cliff DX to the Cliff Air.

The quality on the inside of the helmet hasn't changed, we can still spot excess glue around the edges.

The protective foam padding feels inferior to the ones provided by the competitors.

The chin strap on the Cliff comes equipped with a quick release seat belt type fastener.
The Lid is available in White, Red and Black Leather finish.

Affordability : The helmet carries a price tag of MRP Rs. 890/- in india.

Final Verdict :
The cliff Air has been well designed just like the Cliff / Cliff DX. The adjustable vents add to the functionality and comfort. The scratch resistant visor and leather finish is an advantage to daily commuters. We will recommend it for people looking for maximum comfort within 1K.
